Outdoor winter activations are always a test of will and staying cozy. H&M made sure to engage their potential customers through neat giveaways and the chance to win some big in-store prizes for Christmas.
H&M struck a winning formula by creating a custom snapchat filter and adding the caveat of sharing on your socials in order to win some great gifts. This was also an excellent method of spreading brand awareness, and connecting with their demographic. Moving around the downtown core setting up little gift shops at major foot traffic points allowed us to engage with various pedestrians and get their feedback on their relationship with the brand and what types of gifts they were interested in giving and receiving.
