When we first got in touch with OXP Media, it was instant chemistry. We bonded on the fact that we both utilize media to empower talent flying under the radar. OXP gives you the highlight reel you deserve to see, going unnoticed. They’re a team dedicated to uplifting and cultivating community talent. OXP Media understands the power of podcasting to champion athletes grinding daily. Their consistent output is matched with the athletic talent they choose to work with. Focusing on high caliber hidden gems that often go overlooked by mainstream sports publications is where OXP steps in.
Speaking of understanding the assignment, shout out to our BTS queen Jill from @jfimages (IG) capturing the artistic unraveling occuring in each location illustriously. We could not tell this story and showcase the team effort involved without her!
The team is led by 2 brothers, Jason and Mike Roach. It’s a marvel how the two have built an active community of listeners while running businesses and taking care of their families. The team has built a vibrant network of athletes and analysts breaking down everything in sports culture as well as bringing you the latest on home grown talent.
We had the pleasure of working with Canadian college athletes Theresa Brown of the Brock Badgers, Monique Calliste of Cape Breton University Capers, Andrew Brown a York University marketer, Miles Lafoucade (cousin of Andrew & Theresa) of Guelph Gryphndors. We captured the young athletes across several locations in the downtown core, with the hustle and fit bag duffle bag showcasing the stylish versatility and utility the bag carries for it's core target audience, exercise conscious young professionals and athletes alike.
